Daniela was a great host, when we arrived we met her at the reception and we were delighted to meet her. Airbnb was very clean and complete and matches the photos and description. The location of the SKOL is just perfect, many good restaurants are right next door, just get out of the SKOL and you have the sea with deckchairs that you can rent. The pool is really very beautiful and large with several spaces Thank you very much to Daniela and the staff , I recommend it 100%

I strongly recommend. Not only is the apartment as convenientas expected but the communication with Daniela makes the trip so easy. She also organized our airport transfer 👍🏻

Communication was great with Daniela. I had to cancel the entire trip due to Covid, and Airbnb is no longer helping renters with understanding trip cancelations are sometimes beyond our control. $1000 spent that the host and Airbnb took with no offer of a partial refund or a transfer to a different date. Business is business and money comes first.

Nice Appartement with a fantastic view! you get very quick to restaurants or to the beach. I only can recommend, we had a lovely holiday in there!

Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
