Horrible our experience, we are three and pay a lot of money for 4 days. One of them we didn’t have internet conexión , another day we didn’t have water in all day. But the worst was the communication with them. We call a lot of time to inform the problems that we having . The man never respond me and didn’t call me , and the woman only said us that she know it and nothing more. We didn’t fine a lot of things at home , no first aids, no paper , only towels for two people but we pay for three , an a lot of problems more.

Excellent apartment with wide ocean views, and beachfront. The pools are very good, and the location is great on the same boardwalk. Very close to the marina and the old case, and with countless restaurants and pubs next door. Everything is great and definitely to be repeated.

The location is excellent. From the apartment you can hear the sea in the evenings. Breakfast with such views is a delight. To spend a few days as a couple is fine, however I think more people would be a little overwhelming in my opinion. Good communication with Daniela, very helpful and kind. Things like oil , vinegar, or salt are missing, but minor issues. Thank you for everything

Additional rules
Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
