Wonderful sunrises almost every morning and a very nice wiew from the balcony. The apartment was satisfactory and functional and was precisely what we had hoped for. The nereby garage was easy to access and affordable

The apartment is just as advertised. Very clean, comfortable beds (even the bed sofa) great location, nice clean pools and friendly staff. I honestly don’t have anything negative to write. Maybe for guest that are sensitive to noise; to keep in mind that when living in the middle of town, it can be a bit noisy at night. But me and my friends had a good night sleep each night thanks to the comfortable beds! Also as a host Daniela is very helpful and answer to messages quickly. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing apartment was really cozy and next to everything that I needed, made my trip easier! So many restaurants nearby, supermarkets or little corner shops too and as well as Marbella old town. The view was AMAZING I really loved my stay!

The room was clean and neat. There was a lot of noise in the night and morning. The location was great. We did not receive new towels at any moment.

The apartment looks exactly like on the photos. Very nice apartment. The check-in was super easy. The location is great, next to beach and supermarket. The only thing I would mention is the noise you hear through the windows even when closed. I stayed in Dec. and it’s probably gonna be worse in summer. Overall it was a nice stay

The location is unbelievable! Steps to the beach and so many wonderful cafes - plus you can't beat the Golden Mile walk. Daniela is super responsive and helpful. The building is very safe and secure -24 hour concierge...Wonderful morning sun and views from the balcony. Plus wonderful park space right across the street...nice shade if you are too hot and it provided wonderful safe walks for me and my pooch...the only downside was as a Canadian I forgot my adapters but there is a variety store just up the street you can purchase for only $2 euros...supermarkets are also steps away...I will definitely be stopping by again...Thanks Daniela!

Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
