Skol Apartments Marbella are self catering apartments set beachfront on central Marbella boardwalk with all services and amenities nearby. We offer a wide range of studios, 1-2-3 bedrooms apartments. They're all fully furnished with equipped kitchen as well as air con, heating, wifi, balcony with sea views, welcome pack and 24/7 reception and attention.
Ideal for families, group of friends, couples and singles.
There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €2.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.
we're on site 8am to 8pm and there is a 24 hours reception for any emergency

Highly recommend this property for location, it’s an older property but very well maintained with 3 pools (2 adult + kids). There’s a restaurant on the property and full time reception staff 24 hours. Lots of grocery shops and restaurants steps away. Thank you Daniela for your hospitality.

Good central location, everything is walkable. Close to beach and city center. Unfortunately no sea view, but very quiet. Parking is a bit tricky, we have used the nearest parking garage (for a fee, of course).

It all corresponded to what was advertised. The accommodation is very central and right on the sea, there are countless restaurants in the area, all in walking distance. All in all, this place is highly recommended.

lovely apartment tucked in the corner looking over green space with pools. keys were there waiting for an earlier than posted check in. All round more than happy, will come here again

We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment! The location was amazing, you can step out from the pool to the beach! The interiores were so clean and functional, I cannot fault it at all. I would definitely stay again!! Highly recommend!

The stay was perfect, the apartment was exactly as described, everyone was welcoming and attentive, whether in the residence or in the city. I didn't want to leave at the end of my stay. I recommend the skol 100% and I will come back as soon as possible. I'm in love with Marbella.

Everything is as shown in the photos, although the apartment does not have an ocean view, it is on the first floor. Very good location and attention from the reception and good response time from the Host. Very flexible.

Additional rules
Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
