Apartment by the sea with pool in a very nice residence! Very well located, accommodation faithful to the reservation, we were delighted with the last 3 nights! I recommend 👍

Our vacation was the BEST thanks to the location of this apartment. You can walk to the beach in 1 minute, to the old town in 5-10 minutes and the promenade is just a few meters away from the apartment! We also had great communication w/ the host- absolutely 10/10☀️☀️ recommend, and would love to come back one day!!

This apartment was one of the best we’ve stayed in regarding value for money, location & apartment cleanliness. The bedroom had 2 single beds (we simply pushed together) with its fantastic, roller shutters for security & sliding doors with white linen curtains made the room, light, modern & airy. Lots of wardrobe storage & drawers too. This led on to a large patio with a table & 2 chairs for breakfast dining & a view of other apartments, (it feels very private & quiet) 2 swimming pools & looking to our right, the sea made a wonderful appearance. The lounge/kitchen had a large fridge dishwasher, oven & lots of work space. A large round dining table with 4 chairs & a spacious settee. Very large tv with lots of Uk channels. Bathroom had a great shower, hairdryer provided. As for location, it was perfect! This time, we got it right! 10 to 15 minute walk to reach old Marbella town which added to our ‘steps’ every day. This was truly the best 5 day holiday we’ve had. We’ve never been on holiday in May, I’ve always struggled with heat in Aug, this was perfect temperatures for me & we did lots of sunbathing. Sun beds €2 per day each. Definitely going back soon.

Sparkling clean apartment at a great location, directly at the beach front. Close to everything you need like restaurants, super markets, tourist information and walking distance to the historical center. The hosts were really friendly and answered directly at any questions. We definitely come back again!

Cozy, very clean , well-equipped and very conveniently located apartment. Next to the beach and about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the old Marbella. Had a great time. Recommended!

Everything went very well. That said, this is an aparthotel and therefore does not correspond to what I consider to be AirBnB (a private individual who offers accommodations to third parties).

Daniela was extremely helpful with answering our questions beforehand. The apartment is in quite a large complex, but in a great position, right beside the promenade (the sound of the sea sends you sleep at night!), next-door to the tourist information office, and not far for exploring the old town too.

Additional rules
Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
