We had a really nice stay in Daniela’s apartment. The balcony is amazing and great for breakfasts and hanging out - the view is absolutely gorgeous! Very good location, and quick and easy communication with the host! Will definitely stay again if back in Marbella!!

We spent a lovely week in Marbella. The apartment is nice, clean and very quiet at night. The building is well situated near the old town of Marbella with lots of bars and restaurants and also near to the main shopping street. The photos correspond to the reality. The owners are responsive and try to help if their guests need an advice.

It's been almost a week and the experience has been great. Marbella surprised us very pleasantly and the apartment has offered us everything we were looking for everything we were looking for. Clean, very nice, comfortable and fantastic location both to go to the beach and to go out in the village. Daniela superaccessible, also we arrived very late and there was no problem since they have a 24-hour goal. Undoubtedly on our next visit to Marbella (which will be for sure) we will repeat in the skol apartments:)

Beautiful apartment, even better than on the images. All felt freshly renovated and clean. View and location is super nice and was really comfortable and a pleasure to stay with 2 little kids.

Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
