The space

This is a beachfront 2 bedrooms apartment for up to 5 guests on the 7th floor of the A block.

Duplex (spilt on 2 levels) West facing, with afternoon sun, large terrace for al fresco dining or sunbathing with nice pool and garden views.
Fully fitted and equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, High Speed Fibre Optic WIFI, smart TV.
Main bedroom has a double bed and the second one has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make it super-king size.
Modern, light and airy, recently refurbished in light colors that will make your stay calm and relaxing, open plan well stocked kitchen with all appliances, should you fancy to cook and bathroom with bath.

Skol Apartments Marbella are self catering apartments set beachfront on central Marbella boardwalk with all services and amenities nearby. We offer a wide range of studios, 1-2-3 bedrooms apartments. They're all fully furnished with equipped kitchen as well as air con, heating, wifi, balcony with sea views, welcome pack and 24/7 reception and attention.

Ideal for families, group of friends, couples and singles.

There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €3.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.

we're on site 8am to 8pm and there is a 24 hours reception for any emergency

Skol Apartments are centrally located on Marbella beachfront with all services and amenities at the doorstep: bars, restaurant, shops, offices, harbour, park, ... the Old Town is only a 10 minutes stroll away, Puerto Banus is 6km and you can reach it walking, by bus or by boat.
The neighbourhood is very cosmopolitan and friendly.

We offer private transfer from airport from 70€ each way, alternatively, there is the airport bus to marbella bus station at 7€ each way per person and then a taxi from bus station to Skol Apartments for 8-10€ each way for up to 4 people.
bus stop is 300 metres away on the main road, if you come by car we have parking available for 10€ per night.
once you get here you can walk everywhere

We had a great time in Marbella. Daniela's place is great, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast in the balcony and get up in the morning to and look from the bed the sea is priceless!!! Lovely!!! Thank you!!!

We spent three days in this complex on our tour of Andalusia to relax a little. The house is right on the promenade, opposite the beach. In the bedroom you can hear the waves at night. A little outdated facility, but very well maintained. The apartment is functionally furnished and quite cozy. The view of the sea, especially from the bedroom, is magnificent.

We had a fantastic stay in Marbella. The apartment was really nice, clean and tidy. Perfect location with pool for the kids and close to cosy restaurants and ocean boardwalk. Our vacation with two kids couldn’t have been better.

Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
