It is situated on Marbella’s beautiful, marbled beachfront walkway with its many restaurants and bars and Marbella’s enchanting old town is only a few minutes short walking distance away. Due to the Skol’s prime location, car rental is not a necessity.

Absolutely stunning views! Great apartment all modcons and all facilities fantastic- pools and loungers amazing. Location is perfect for bar cafes beach. All on your doorstop. Short walk to the beautiful old town. Highly recommend and would love to return to this apartment!

A well decorated apartment with a luxury feel, situated perfectly in the middle of Marbella. The views from the balcony are incredible, something I will miss (until next year). We did have a couple of issues, but we were so impressed with how quickly and efficiently they were dealt with, which I feel is just as important. On the whole we loved our stay and loved the apartment.

Daniela was a really great host, very flexible and solution oriented! The apartment: + Amazing view and balcony Two large bathroom Friendly 24-hour reception - Apartment was a bit smaller than in the pictures The curtains in the bedroom didn’t block sunlight so we couldn’t sleep in late because it was so bright in the room. The beds were uncomfortable The building + Excellent location -There were riot fences in the pool area for some reason.

This is a lovely apartment with fantastic views. You can watch the sun rise from your bed. Lots of little touches for all the home comforts. Good location for the beach and restaurants, would recommend and definitely stay again.

Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Cancellation Policy

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
