Beautiful apartment very well located close to restaurants, the promenade and the old Marbella. And good amenities at the apartment, especially for young parents traveling with a baby.

The apartment is fine. The location is amazing, you can hear the waves from the apartment which is incredible! And the sea view from the balcony is great too! Just keep in mind that the apartment is very old and needs renovation. When I arrived there was a weird old smell but after 2 days of ventilation, it went away. The kitchen would benefit from deep cleaning, I had to rewash all the utensils. There was a power cut once. The shower was not hot but warm, I texted the host about it, someone came but said they couldn't fix it that week because of the holidays. The light bulb broke, I also texted the host and it was fixed right away. So overall, if you are not planning to spend a lot of time in the apartment, it's ok, it's clean and comfortable enough, and the location and the view are amazing.

The apartment is in a great location and has a great view. You can reach the beach promenade directly by garden gate. From there you can take beautiful walks in west direction and jog. It has great beaches, beach cafes and nice vegetation. The historic city center can also be reached quickly in the east. In the apartment you have everything you need, even a shopping trolley, which I really liked. ;) With this I did weekly shopping in a large supermarket just 5 minutes away. I lived in the apartment for a month, used dishwasher and washing machine regularly, which worked great. The apartment is a bit old school furnished but I liked her charm. Only the bedroom could be a bit more welcoming. The beds slept very well. You had all the nights of this great sound of the sea. :) So thank you again and gladly again again.

Very cozy apartment, clean and with a very good location, close to the different restaurants, beach bars and pubs. A must repeat!

Additional rules
Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
